Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

 

The Flower Lovers Club (“Loyalty Program”) is operated by Floral Life Art (“we”, “us”, “our”). By joining the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

These Terms operate in conjunction with our general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

2. Eligibility

 

2.1 The Loyalty Program is available to individuals aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Membership is free.

2.3 Points can only be earned on eligible website purchases. Phone orders, wedding bookings, and event bookings are excluded.

 

3. Earning Points

 

3.1 Members earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent on the eligible product subtotal.

3.2 Delivery fees, taxes, and other charges are excluded from point accrual.

3.3 Points will be credited after payment has been successfully processed.

3.4 Points will not be awarded on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.

3.5 Manual point adjustments may be made at the merchant’s discretion.

 

4. Redeeming Points

 

4.1 Once a member reaches 400 points, they are eligible to redeem a $20 discount coupon.

4.2 Redemption is via a coupon code generated in the member’s online account.

4.3 Only one coupon may be used per transaction unless coupon stacking is explicitly enabled in the store settings.

4.4 Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or applied retrospectively.

4.5 Reward coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

 

5. Points Validity

 

5.1 Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned.

5.2 Expired points will automatically be removed from the member’s account.

5.3 Members will not be separately notified of point expiry.
 

6. Special Offers (Limited Time)

6.1 From time to time, we may offer bonus points, reduced point redemption thresholds, or other loyalty rewards at our discretion.

6.2 Each offer will have its own start and end dates and specific conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

6.3 Where applicable, offers may allow delivery after the promotional end date, provided the order was placed within the promotional period.

6.4 Special offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.

 

7. Program Changes & Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time.

7.2 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

7.3 Where reasonable, we will provide notice of significant changes via our website.

 

8. Misuse

8.1 Membership may be suspended or terminated if we reasonably believe the program is being misused, including fraudulent activity or abuse of discounts.

8.2 Any unused points may be forfeited in such circumstances.

 

9. Business changes

9.1 Loyalty points are not a form of currency and have no cash value.

9.2 In the event the business closes, ceases trading, or changes ownership, all points may be forfeited at our discretion.

9.3 If the business changes ownership, the new owner may, at their discretion, honour existing points.

 

10. Limitation & Australian Consumer Law

10.1 The Loyalty Program is subject to our standard website Terms & Conditions.

 

11. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of the Loyalty Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
